Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from remail.cards. We are Remail Limited (company number 14610323), trading as Remail Cards. Contact us at customer@remail.me. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm we have accepted it and are preparing it for dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if a price is shown wrongly or we suspect fraud; if so, we will refund anything you have paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Retail orders

If everything in your order is in stock, it is dispatched the same or next working day. If any item in your order is not in stock, it is printed first, and we will dispatch your order once everything is ready. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Some gift products from other brands are sold to UK addresses only (Great Britain, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey); these are shown on the product page.

5. Personal messages

Our card designs are not personalised. If you ask us to handwrite a message on a single card sent directly to a recipient, we will write exactly the wording you send us, so please check it carefully. Cards with a handwritten message are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty (see the Refund Policy).

6. Returns and refunds

You may return retail orders within 30 days of receiving them. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We refund within 10 business days of receiving and checking your return. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Trade (wholesale) orders

Wholesale is for businesses buying to resell. By ordering through the wholesale login, or through Faire, you confirm you are buying for business purposes.

• Minimum order: 48 cards, in multiples of 6 per design.
• Lead time: wholesale orders are printed to order and are dispatched within 10 working days.
• Payment: first orders are paid in advance unless we agree otherwise with you. We may offer payment terms to established accounts.
• Delivery: see our Wholesale shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive full payment.
• Damaged or wrong items: tell us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or credit them. Because trade orders are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• Resale: you may resell the cards, but may not copy the designs or present them as your own. Artwork remains the property of the artists and Remail Limited.

Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to trade orders.

8. Gift cards

If we offer gift cards, they are redeemable online at remail.cards only, are not refundable for cash, and cannot be used to buy gift cards.

9. Discounts

Discount codes and offers apply to retail orders only, may not be combined unless stated, and do not apply to trade orders.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. For trade customers, our liability is limited to the price of the goods ordered. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although consumers living elsewhere in the UK may use their local courts.
